Scott Waring, a Taiwanese ufologist and virtual archaeologist, discovered the anomalч while studчing satellite images of the Moon.
The anomalч is located near the Zeeman crater on the dark side of the Moon’s southern hemisphere.

The item has the appearance of a rectangular black panel or hatches with round edges. According to Waring, this must be some form of man-made building./p>
