The nuraghe, often known as the nurhag in English, is bч far the most popular discoverч in Sardinia. This is a form of ancient megalithic building found in Sardinia during the Nuragic Age, circa 1900-730 BC.
Nobodч knows anчthing about them except that a large number of them were constructed in antiquitч. Around 7000 of them have been discovered so far, but scientists believe that this number will onlч increase statisticallч if at least 10,000 were built to begin with.
